Dashboard map

Every page in the Fictura dashboard, where it sits in the sidebar, and what it is for. Start here when you are looking for something.

This page lists every screen in the dashboard. Each line says what the screen is for and links to its full page in these docs.

The sidebar on the left is split into groups. Each group has a small caption above it. Home sits on its own at the top.

Always on screen

These are not pages. They are on every page.

Where	What it does
App switcher, in the header	Picks which app the dashboard shows. Every page reads the app picked here.
Bell, in the header	Shows alerts about unresolved issues. Hide all clears the list.
Ask Hawkings, in the header	Opens Hawkings, the assistant that answers questions about your app.
⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows)	Opens a search box. Jump to a page, an app, a user or an event.
Your name, at the bottom of the sidebar	Opens the account menu: Settings, Language, Upgrade plan, Get apps and SDKs, Log out.
⌘, (Ctrl+, on Windows)	Opens Settings.
Lightbulb and bug buttons, bottom right	Request a feature and Report a problem. Same forms as the Help page. They hide on the Help page itself.

Page	What it is for
Home	Your day at a glance: the main numbers, what needs you today, where users drop, recent money, and the live experiment. It is the page you land on after you sign in.

Page	What it is for
Overview	Your main numbers, the conversion funnel, cohorts and the list of users. Click a user to open their own page. See also Cohort compare.
Attribution	Where installs and revenue came from: source, campaign, link and day. See how attribution works.
Events	Every event your app has sent, how often, and whether it is still captured.
Issues	Crashes and logged errors, grouped by cause.

Page	What it is for
Paid Ads	Ad spend, campaigns and return on ad spend. Ad platforms connect here.
Posts	Every social post you publish or schedule through Postiz, by channel and by day.
Search	How people find your website on Google, from Search Console.
Links	Your tracking links, and everything around them.

Search has six tabs. Each one also shows as a row under Search in the sidebar:

Tab	What it shows
Overview	Clicks and times shown over time, and your average spot on Google.
Searches	The words people typed that showed your site.
Pages	Which pages of your site Google showed.
Countries	Where people searched from.
Devices	Phone, computer or tablet.
How it looked	The kind of result your page showed up as. This tab only appears when Google reports one.

Links opens on the links table. It has eight more sections, also listed under Links in the sidebar:

Creators	Links for the creators who promote your app, with their numbers. See Creators.
Bio links	One link per TikTok account, for its bio, with its numbers. See Bio links.
Domains	Your own branded link domain, and App association for iPhone and Android links. See Branded domains.
Web-to-app	The smart banner for your own website. See Web-to-app.
Bulk	Make many links at once from a grid. See Bulk creation.
Email	Deep links inside email. See Branded domains & email.
Inspect	Paste any link and see where it would send each kind of phone. See Inspect.
API	Keys for making links from your own code. See Create links.

Page	What it is for
Audiences	Saved groups of users, sent to ad partners.
Push	Send push notifications to everyone, paid users, trial users, free users, or one person. See also Push notifications.

Audiences has three tabs:

Connections	The ad partners an audience can be sent to, and their keys.
User attributes	What your app knows about its users, and for how many of them.

Page	What it is for
Paywalls	Design and publish the screen that asks for money. See also Native templates.
Onboarding	Design and publish the first screens a new person sees.
Products	Create App Store subscriptions and set their prices.
Experiments	A/B tests on paywalls and onboarding flows. See Metrics & decisions.

Page	What it is for
Tools	Switch each Fictura feature on or off for your app.
Cloud Costs	What Google Cloud charges you each day, by service.
Setup	Keys, money settings, AI key, connections and data imports.
Help	Report a problem, read our replies, and vote on what we build next.

Setup has ten sections in three groups:

Essentials	Getting started	A checklist of what your app needs before the numbers mean anything.
Essentials	Keys & webhook	Your RevenueCat webhook address and your SDK app key.
Essentials	SDK & errors	The code to start the SDK and error tracking, with your key filled in.
Essentials	Revenue	Store commission and tax, used for net revenue and ROAS.
Essentials	AI	Your Anthropic key. Hawkings and the generators need it.
Platform	Coding agents	Keys that let Claude Code, Cursor and other tools read your setup.
Platform	App backend	Connect your Supabase organization.
Platform	Web checkout	Sell through your own Stripe checkout instead of Apple's sheet.
Services	Connections	Alerts, Stripe, App Store Connect, and read-only data sources.
Services	Import data	Bring in history from the tool you used before.

Settings is a window, not a page. Open it from your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings, or press ⌘,. See Settings.

Section	What it is for
General	Your name, the app the dashboard opens on, theme, motion and notifications.
Account	Log out everywhere, delete your account, change your email or password, see your devices.
App identity	Your bundle ID, Team ID, Android package and fingerprints, store addresses and website. See App identity.
Appearance	Theme and scrollbars.
Billing	Your plan.
Usage	Events and Hawkings questions in the last 30 days.
Privacy	Data settings. Not available yet.

New app. Make another app. Reach it from the app switcher, or from Apps in Settings. See Create an app.
A user's page. Click any user on Overview or Home to see what that one person did.

The sidebar can also show an Admin button. It exists only for Fictura staff. Founders do not see it.
