Every social post you publish or schedule through Postiz, by channel and by day. Read-only.
Dashboard → Acquire → Posts.
Posts shows what went out on social media. The numbers come from Postiz, the tool you post with. Fictura only reads them. You cannot write, schedule or delete a post from this page.
Before you start
Posts needs Postiz connected. Until it is, the page shows Connect Postiz first and a Go to Setup button.
Copy your Postiz key.
In Postiz, open Settings → Public API and copy the API key.
Paste it in Fictura.
Open Setup → Connections. Find Postiz under Data sources · read-only, paste the key and connect.
The top of the page
Under the title you see how many channels you have on Postiz, when Fictura last synced, and how far back your history goes.
The picker below picks the time window: 7d, 28d, 90d, 1y or All. The page opens on 90 days. All is everything Postiz still holds, up to three years.
The four numbers

Posts each day
A bar chart of what went out each day. Failed posts stack on top in red.
By channel
One card per channel, like X, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn. Each shows how many posts went out, how many are queued, and how many failed.
Click a channel to show only its posts in the list below. Click it again to show all channels.
Every post
The full list, newest first. Scheduled posts show ahead of today.
- The buttons at the top filter the list: All, Published, Scheduled, Failed.
- The list shows 10 posts at a time. See more loads more. Collapse goes back to the first 10.
- The line under the list says how many posts you are seeing out of the total.
Each row shows the channel, the date and time, the state, and the first lines of the text. The arrow icon on the right opens the live post on the network.
Reading one post
Click a row to open the post in full. You see the channel, the date, the state and all of the text. A link at the bottom opens the post on the network.
No pictures or videos
Postiz does not send pictures or videos through its API. It only sends the words, the channel and the link. To see the picture or video, open the post on the network. Some networks, like TikTok, only send back the account address, not the post itself. The page says so when that happens.
