Dashboard

Bio links

One link per TikTok account, for its bio, with numbers counted from the day each link went live.

Dashboard → Acquire → Links → Bio links. It is also a row under Links in the sidebar. Its address is /dashboard/links?tab=bio.

Bio links gives each TikTok account one link to put in its bio. Then it shows how people move from that bio to the store and into your app.

The section has three views, picked at the top left: Accounts, Flags and Monitor.

Accounts

A table with one row per account. The accounts come from the Creators section. If the table is empty, add the accounts there first.

Get a link into a bio:

Press Generate link on the account's row. Once it exists, the row shows the link and a copy button.

Put it in the bio.

Paste the link into that account's TikTok bio. Export URLs at the top right shows every account's link at once, one line each, with Copy all.

Mark it live.

Set the account's live date on the Creators tab once the link is in the bio. Until then the row says not live.

The columns. Click a column name to sort by it. Click again to flip the order.

ColumnWhat it shows
AccountThe handle, the account type, who owns it, and its link host.
LinkThe account's bio link, or Generate link.
Screen on tapWhat TikTok showed when a person tapped the link. You record it by hand: not checked, none, yellow notice, red, Linktree message, or blank.
Days liveDays since the link went live. A ? means it is not yet checked in the bio.
Hop 1Taps that reached the first page.
Hop 2Taps that made it out of TikTok's browser to the second page.
EscapeHop 2 divided by Hop 1, for iPhones inside TikTok's browser.
Store hand-offsTimes the link sent someone on to the store.
InstallsInstalls matched for sure, by the Play referrer or a typed code.
/ day liveTaps per day since the link went live.
/ followerTaps per thousand followers.
FollowersThe account's follower count.

Accounts that are not live have blank numbers, sit at the bottom, and are left out of every total. Every number counts from that account's own live date. That way accounts that started on different days can be compared fairly.

Under the table, a line counts how many accounts got each Screen on tap. If any are red, it tells you to spread accounts across more link hosts.

Distribute hosts. Type a list of your checked link domains and press Distribute hosts. Accounts without a host get one, in turn. Accounts that already have a host keep it.

Segments. A second table groups the same numbers By account type or By ownership.

Flags

Settings for how the bio link pages behave on each kind of phone. They are grouped under Android, iOS escape page (hop one), iOS store page (hop two, in Safari), and Hosts & matching. Each switch has a short line saying what it does.

Press Save flags. Changes take effect on the next tap. They can take up to 5 seconds.

Monitor

How well people are getting out of TikTok and to the store, over time:

  • Escape rate, one card each for iOS and Android, with a status tag.
  • Daily escape rate, last 14 days. Hop 1 and hop 2 for each day, by phone type.
  • Fictura iOS taps against App Store Connect "Web Referrer" views. To fill it, paste an App Store Connect CSV (Analytics → Metrics → Product Page Views, by Source Type) and press Import.
  • What the pages reported back, last 30 days.
  • Resolves, last 30 days.
  • Shadow matcher precision. A guess-based matcher runs in the background and is scored here. It never decides who gets credit.
