Cloud Costs
What Google Cloud charges you each day, split by service, after free credits and discounts.
Dashboard → Platform → Cloud Costs.
Cloud Costs shows your Google Cloud bill: how much this month, how much each day, and which services cost the most.
Before you start
Cloud Costs needs Google Cloud connected. Until it is, the page shows Connect Google Cloud first and a Go to Setup button. Setup takes about ten minutes. Follow Google Cloud Costs. The first numbers can take a day to arrive.
The top of the page
- Last checked says when Fictura last read your costs from Google. Fictura checks every day on its own.
- The round arrow pulls every day Google has, not only the newest days. Use it when the chart does not go back as far as you know your bill does.
- The range picker on the right picks the window: 7d, 30d, 90d, 12m or All. The page opens on 30 days.
The three numbers

Cost
A bar chart of what you paid each day.
What you are paying for
A table of every Google Cloud service you paid for in the range, biggest first.
Warnings you may see
- "Connected. Google has not sent any cost numbers yet." Normal on the first day. It can take up to a day after you turn on billing export.
- "Google has not reported any cost since" a date. Shows when Google's newest day is more than three days old. Fictura would have shown new costs, so Google's billing export has stopped. In Google Cloud, open Billing → Billing export and check that the BigQuery export is still on.
