Fictura is invite-only. Here's the honest map of how to reach it — and us.
- Requesting access — the request-access form is the front door and the contact channel in one. It asks what you're building because invites are prioritized by fit, not by queue position.
- Already inside — Ask Hawkings (in the dashboard) for product questions; general troubleshooting for the known failure modes; your connected alert channels for the incidents.
- The legal pages — Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
There is no public status page today; uptime monitoring is per-app and alerts you directly, which for a single-app founder is the version of a status page that actually gets read.
