Support first steps
The three tools that answer most questions in under a minute — before a human needs to be involved.
The Setup checklist.
Dashboard → Setup. Every tick is computed from real data — events flowing, webhook seen, paywall live — so it's a diagnosis, not a to-do list. Something not working end-to-end usually shows up here as the first unticked box.
Ask Hawkings.
The assistant panel inside the dashboard. It knows your app's context per page and answers questions about your own data and setup — it's the fastest route for "why is this number what it is?"
The smoke tests.
python -m fictura exercises all three backend capture paths and the events appear on the Issues page within seconds. On device, a fresh launch should log app_open into the event dictionary within a flush interval (~4s).
Fictura is invite-only and has no sales inbox — the access-request form is the human channel, and it asks what you're building for a reason. If you're already inside, the fastest path to a fix for a reproducible bug is the general troubleshooting page.
Deleted something by mistake
Deleting an app or a tracking link is final from the dashboard — there is no undo button, and the confirmation says so on purpose.
Behind that, records are not destroyed the instant you confirm. They are retained for a limited period before being removed permanently, which means a mistaken deletion is usually recoverable if you say something quickly.
Email support@fictura.co as soon as you notice
Send the app or link name and roughly when you deleted it, from the address on your account. Recovery is a manual operation on our side and the retention window is finite — a message the same day is very likely recoverable, one sent weeks later may not be. Nothing you can do in the dashboard restores a deleted record, so please don't wait to see if it comes back.
A deleted tracking link stops resolving immediately. If a live campaign is pointing at it, treat that as urgent: traffic hitting the old URL is being lost while it is down, and the fastest fix is usually to create a replacement link rather than to wait for a restore.
